I'd say it depends on your job (If your job doesnt require you to have a good driving record then fuck it). And a seatbelt ticket does affect your insurance.. not like a speeding ticket.. but it does.

How long have you driven around without your seat belt or front license plate before you got caught? Pay the fine and pray puberty hits you soon.... (or a train)
