Is there any way to reduce the effects of a sandblasted windshield?
My car has 81,xxx miles on it... and when driving into the sun I can barely see. Corvettes are prone to this over time because of the size/angle of the glass. I've heard things like chrome polish will fill in little nicks and smooth the glass out. I've tried some glass polish stuff to no avail. Anyone know anythign that works short of a new windshield?

Ummm.... truer than you think. Try taking a true carnuba wax to it with a high speed buffer. It won't be Cobra4B perfect (because really now, what is?) but it will be substantially better.
But never underestimate the power of "a brick and bitter ex-girlfriend".
