Default taking off paint

right now im sanding off the paint off of my wheels and i was wondering is there anything else that i could use to like loosen the paint to make it easier to take off. im using a 40 grit sand paper.

air craft remover get it at advanced auto or autozone bad ass shit definitly use outside and keep it off ur skin ok?

yeah the aircraft remover works awesome for wheels, just spray on and i hosed it off, no sanding at all, i got it at walmart automotive paint section....

yup. and be careful with 40 grit, thats very coarse stuff, i wouldnt want to leave any marks. i used 120 grit on a da for my valve cover and could still feel small grooves.

dont even use sandpaper to take off the paint, go pick up some aircraft paint remover, the paint will wipe of in less than 5 minutes.

just be sure you get all the chemicals off before you repait. I was stripping some stuff to re-paint it but you could see spots where there were traces of chemical. The paint would get mushy and bubble and wipe off in small places.

I've never seen the spray version of aircraft stripper. That'd come in handy.
