Default Skunk 2 or Ground Control?

I was just wanting to know if Skunk 2 or Ground Control would be a better ride when lowered all the way.

Each one depends on the spring rates you get, Ground Controls you can get about any spring rate you want, Skunk2 for Civics are 400lb/in front and 300lb/in rear or Skunk2 Integras are 500lb/in front and 400lb/in rear. If you want a soft ride get a set with softer spring rates.

I have ground controls and the ride is pretty smooth, it's not bouncy until you hit a major dip in the road

your fuckin' stupid.
if you are concerned about the quality of ride, the manufactorer of the springs is not important. what is important is the spring rates. A 300lb ground control (eibach) spring is going to feel exactly the same as a 300lb skunk2 (who knows?) spring.
The ground control kit is of substantially higher quality. The perch design of the ground control is quite a bit better, as the skunk2 perches get locked and don't move. The ground controls fit better, and are designed to work with koni shocks.
I am speaking from expirence. I have ground controls and my roommate (AK1200) has skunk2s.
the biggest benefit of the ground controls is that if you order them directly from ground control, you can call them and get whatever spring rates you want. IF you tell them what you want to do with the car they will reccomend rates for you.
