I would say your best bet would be NASIOC......only cause you can get it cheap.

As far as UP being a good first mod? ....well you gotta start somewhere right? I would invest in a good turbo back exhaust system and at least a decent panel filter. As far as TMIC....it depends what kind of power you are going for.......

What are you going for??
