DOES ANY ONE KNOW IF A RSX DASH FITS IN A EG HATCH ?

I would imagine you "could" make it fit, I doubt its going to be a direct bolt it.

After trimming and getting it to fit, I would think you would have to re-pin your gauge cluster to work for an obd2 cluster in your obd1 car, but I could be wrong. All I can say is good luck.
