There isn't a shop who's sole purpose is to do RHD conv. Most shops have this capability as silly as it is. Just call around and get quotes. Make sure to check the Vendor section of the site.

contact fortuneauto, chris bishop and terry and them have done them before. Not sure if they will again ive got friends who charge 3500 for a rhd conversion on hondas. Most of them wont do it again. But like dude said call around i would start with them. Hope that helps
