Recommend a good place to rebuild a turbo? - VA Beach
Does anyone know of a place in VA Beach (or as close as possible) to get a turbo rebuilt for a decent price? I need to get the turbine housing clocked on my T28 (that thing must be seized because I can't move it for the life of me), and figure maybe I'll just get it rebuilt if it won't be too costly since there's a little bit of play. Suggestions? =D

for less than the price of a rebuild, you could get a very good condition ct series turbo. is yours internally or externally gated? if it's internally gated, i could get yo ua ct26 pretty cheap and it's slightly larger than the t28 pea shooter of a turbo

I doubt a Toyota CT26 would bolt onto my SR20 as easily as a Nissan T28 would. It's a GTiR T28 w/T04B compressor housing, good for 320WHP with fuel/tuning/etc.
And I got the thing clocked, but now I'm thinking I may need to get it rebuilt anyway...anyone?
