Default Recaro owners in here.

For those that currently have Recaro seats in their rides;

how do you like them? I am looking at a set of sr3 seats right now, anyone have them? I'd like to see how they feel on mah butt before I buy em.

I've got SPGs. I love them. I'm 5'10" 155, but with a fairly wide back. Much bigger than me and you won't really fit.

Definitely sit in seats before you buy them, especially if you're looking into non-adjustable buckets. It's a pain in the ass, but worth it.

I'm 6'0" and ~220lbs...I've got an older SRD (Speed) for a driver's seat and a Sport for a passenger seat. The SRD is perfect for me, the most comfortable yet supportive reclinable seat that I've found. The Sport is comfortable for anyone as the side bolsters aren't too aggressive, but a little more expensive and can be side-specific.

Can you post a picture of it? I am thinking it's the same seat I'm looking at

That particular seat is rather old, most of the newer seats should all be one color, but the seats are practically the same...just different model names.

You sound like you have the same build as me, I lift frequently.

I agree with everything you have said. I had the JDM ITR Recaros, and they were the perfect fit but I found my shoulders (big shoulders) to push forward a little bit.. They use to do the same in my s2000 seats and it made me feel like I was falling forward. Sit in the sits before you buy them.
