rebuild or replace

Cool rebuild or replace

i want to know what everyone thinks i have a 94 civic ex coupe. the motor is a 1.6 vtec sohc. it has 182xxx i'm getting out the navy soon and instead of buying a new car when i get out i would like to keep this but i would like to know if i should rebuild or replace the motor. just looking for some ideas. thanks

Depends on what you are looking for in power goals. If you are happy with a stock d16z6, then rebuild it.

If you are looking for more power, you might as well buy a swap anyway, since you would be having to pay for the price of a rebuild, and then power adders, to make the same power as a swap you can get.

Just all depends on what you are looking to get.
