Question: Hatch
A while back I got a 1984 civic hatch dx[ I know its old and not even an SI ] off an older person for a grand and its a carb. of course and has less that 50,000 miles originally on it. Was kept in garage and the only thing wrong with it is the interior on the doors are coming off, and since its a carb. it frequently stalls for the first few blocks you drive it every day. Since it is so old, what modifications can i do with this model and what engine swap. Thanks

Why don't you just fix the stalling problem and drive it every day instead of trying to turn it into another Honda based automotive abortion that breaks down every 1500 miles?

We have tryed to fix the stalling. Nothing has worked guess its just cold natured . We have replaced both gas filters ,cleaned carb. 100% ,messed with idle and even are runnin premuim gas. But thats probably what ill do but id like to make it look a little nicer.
