Question about Killer vtec cams
Okay, so I know nothing about cars, and I bought the purple prelude with side pipes thats been whored around on here, and I plan on fixing it up. One thing is someone told me is that it has killer vtec cams and I plan on using this car as my daily, should I worry about the cams? I've done a little research and people have said its really for race cars and not good at all for dailys. Any input is welcome.

Re: Question about Killer vtec cams
haha yeah I should have researched the car big time before I bought it but hey I wanted a car badly...I mean I just want to know if its ok to have them in a daily driver, if not I guess I'll just invest more money into the car to get different cams or w/e...Thanks all for replies

Stop with the flaming posts.
da1yohan: I dont know much about vtec killer cams, but from the name i can venture a guess. Its probably all high lift/long duration, which = pita for a DD. So no, i don't recommend it for you.
