Powder Coating

Hey guys...just registered here but Philip Graham had posted a thread about me before when I lived in Pulaski. I do custom powder coating of small parts and would consider myself "Quality" rather than "Quantity." I try to offer great pricing within reason (just a poor guy trying to live). I am trying to move this business here to Roanoke but need the money to make the move and without work I am just travelling back and forth to Pulaski to get parts done. I am still doing business with Philip because he likes my work and we are really good friends. My website is http://home.earthlink.net/~callmej75/ so feel free to look around. Here are also a few sample pics of what I have done.

can your over hold a motorcycle frame? it's a rigid chopper frame, but it's not very big.

maybe a set of spoked wheels? just the wheel, not the sokes and hubs. (one catch though, i can't de-spoke the rear wheel, it's friggin sealed)

Unfortunately the oven is too small....its only 18" cubed....but I will have a slightly bigger oven that is 2 feet across and 20" deep and 22" high. One of these years my rich uncle will get out of the poor house and give me a loan for a bigger oven :D

dang, that'd do the rear wheel (16") but not the front (21") ah well, someday i'll find someone to do it that won't charge me a small fortune. thanks anyway though.

Notta problem...sorry i can't help ya. Although...it might fit into this other oven I have...but its a house oven but its the same as the oven I already have but it doesn't say "for powder coating." If you're in the area then maybe you could stop by sometime and we can do a test fit. If so...I will hook it up!
