Possible 11's
What sport compact cars out there would feasibly run an 11 sec. 1/4 mile? Obviously, anything with enough money, but what can you build that would still be streetable and not brake the bank too bad? ie. h22 turbo hatch, wrx?, srt-4

Re: Possible 11's
it depends on what you consider a sport "compact"
obviously like you said anything can do it with enough money.
supras
rx7s
sr pwrd 240sx
turbo civics
i dont exactly understand what you want. are you looking for cars that would do it for cheaper than others, or cars that run quick off the lot and need little modification to hit 11s? sti's evos and srts would probably be the best bet as far as true "compacts" to hit it with little modification. obviously the srt would be the cheapest, as it comes off the lot at almost 15k cheaper than the other to, and only runs slightly higher times.

Re: Possible 11's
if your looking for my choice, id say the srt4. best bang for the buck. 215 hp 240 trq off the lot for under 20k. plus there are various aftermarket upgrade kits available, as well as 3 different mopar "stage" kits available, the latter quesstimated at 300hp 300 trq, im actually figuring that to be an underrating.

The cheaper the better. Something that would make someone in an high-priced sports car cringe as it outruns them. Yet something you can still drive to school in.
