Hey Guys,

So I took a weekend from my college to go visit my girlfriend at Tech. She told me to park behind a building and there were no signs saying we couldn't park there. Well I have a ticket, and it's not much, but I do not feel like paying it. My friend who is a junior year here told me he has had one for a while and has not paid it yet, and knows of people with multiple tickets - but they're all students at Tech. Seeing as I'm not a student at Tech, can they legally hold this against me?

dont think so. you get tickets at the higher education building at tcc. its enforced by odu and i was told that if you dont pay the ticket you just cant get a parking pass for odu. id double check but i dont think there are any real legal consequences
