paint shop lookout
wheres the cheapest price butter really good quality paint shop at im located in fredericksburg but is i can find a good shop for cheap ill travel, i have an integra i need to get painted its already white but the new paint will be a brighter white, a really pure pearly shine to it, ive seen some macco work and its half assed so if anyone knows so i dont have to tackle this task on my own in the back yard....thanks

well macco wants 269.00 to paint it all white i have to sand the car down, and make sure all dings are taken care of, and they also wont warranty the work either so im kinda afraid to let the do it ive seen some decent work from them and ive also seen some crap work with runs and shit too so im gonna keep looking and probly still do it myself....

Every paint thread that has came up has ended up with the same response.. You get what you pay for. You also forgot to clarify how much you're willing to spend, etc.. If you're looking for 300 bucks or less, good luck on anything quality.

Theres a REASON why quality paint jobs are NOT cheap. If you want a CHEAP paint job, go to Maaco, do all the prep work, and have some crappy paint put on your car that going to chip and need to be redone a year and a half later. Hell, just the material alone for a good paint job (paint, hardner, reducer, primer, etc) can easily run $500. That not including the hours of prep and painting. Tell us your price range, but generally, quality and cheap paint jobs are never one in the same.

yea i realized that i was just looking for a decent better than macco job, im still thinking of doing it on my own, lot of work but itll come out better, but yea macco said 260 no warranty and they would take three days--no thanks on that
