Has anyone really every heard of OBD 3 i found out my dads 1998 dodge ram truck is OBD 3.. Just wondeirng if anyone really has own that obd 3 was already out...

Your dad's Dodge has OBD-2. The newer OBD-3 wont be launched for at least 3 more years.
