needs help on ef hatch rim choice
hi guys i have a 91 ef hatch and im trying to choose out new rims and tires, i need to know the size if i want my rim and tire to stick out a little out of my wheel well like an inch or a inch and a half and what would be the tire width. im going to go with 15 inch rims ( rota splitstreams ) and dont have a clue for a tire so if you know thank you for yur help....... and just wondering how much does it cost to get a ef inspected thank you

What exactly do you mean here? Like they do not make a negative offset Slipstream? Or they are all flat faced..
They make that wheel in a bunch of offsets and sizes

Do you mean you want the wheel to poke out past the fender? Or have the spokes "sunken" in to create a lip in the wheel? Confused.

nvm guys i figured out how to do it thank you for your help and i want the tire to stick out a inch or a inch a inch and a half out of my finder but i figured it out thank you for your help
