Anyone know of a place and their rates ? I need a space to store one car, or a space to store two cars and switch a motor for a broke one....

$120-140/month I believe.
Crack open a phonebook or search google.com for one closest to you. All the rates are pretty much the same, but some places have good deals if you do 6 months to a year.

I don't think your average storage area will let you work on your car though...I'm hoping someone has done this before...THANX

Check with small airfields like in chesapeake. Plane owners are very crazy about not denting, dinging, scratching, etc to their plane. I know when I lived in Indiana a few people would rent space in hangers and their cars were never touched cause of how well kept the hangers were with the planes and stuff.

I'm not sure if they will do it, but try Brauning Motorsports in Colonial Beach Va. (804) 224-9530. They have a huge building and unlimited resources. Talk to Mark.
