Default Need Honda owners help Hampton roads area.

I'm looking for a set of Honda spring retainers. This is not going in a motor and i dont need a full set. Just looking for whats laying around. 6-8.
I'm looking for the smaller 5.5mm stem retainers whatever motor they came in. Looking for someone that i can speak too that knows the "Honda world" that may be able to get a set of used titanium set in the future.

ANY help at this point would be greatly appreciated.
PM me if you can help me out.

I need some infomation first off one of the retainers before i can actually do a WTB add. Thats why im looking for someone that KNOWS honda's that i speak with. I need to know what the thru hole is on the retainer (measured) not just a guess. Im working with a pretty tight tolerance for this project.

Thought about that and I may head to pick-n-pull this weekend to see what they have.

Not looking for "give". What i need to know first off is the hole size THRU the retainer. I just need the retainers. Do you have a set of calipers to measure the MIN ID of the thru hole? Some "builders" dont do their own work and some dont even know the internals of the motor, let along what im asking for. Hence looking for someone really into hondas locally.

If they are the size that i think they are they should be just over the size of a .22 LR round. If they are what im looking for i then need to know what kind of car/motor they are used in. From there if we cant work a deal on just the retainers ill be looking to buy a set of titanium retainers.

Since you are the second person to ask i have applied to ATF to build and own my .22 silencer. I found someone that has already made one and they were made with spring retainers. I think that his design could be slightly improved with a smaller internal retainer dia so i set out on finding a retainer with smaller hole..... Hence this led me here asking about Honda Retainers. If i am wrong about the ID hole size, i can just get a set of used Nascar titanium sets off Ebay. If im right, the honda retainers may be what im looking for.
