Default Need help with coilovers

Well i just ordered a new set of wheels and my car is sitting on jackstands. So i figured while it was on the stands i would go ahead and put new coilovers on it since i got shitty ebay ones. Just trying to figure out a good coilover and strut set up would be. My price range is 600-700 dollars. I was thinking of Function and Form type 1 or 2 with some tokicos. But any advice or help would be appreciated.

*O and i also drive a 98 civic 4 door.*
