Question need help with body work and paint!! can anyone give tips!??

I have a 99 si and I have a few small dents/dings and a huge dent at the bottom of my driver side quarter panel.. I've never done body work and I don't want to make it any worse than it already is! Its an evreyday driver so I can't take it to a shop.. What do I do and how do I go about getting or renting a dent puller?? Also I had a body kit on the car (yea I know its gay) but I've put an entire JDM front end on it and now its time for paint.. I bought a pint of paint and got some reducer from the paint supply but none of the dumbass' there (no names) knew what the mix was.. Can anyone help or does anyone that knows how to do body and paint around the fredericksburg area want a side job??

for one, u dont need a dent puller, u can use the old hammer and dolly method, if the dent is to bad to where it is creased u need to go on and get a new panel. you need some body filler, which u can get from a paint supply place. steps basicly are: pop out the dent as much as possible, u want as little low spots as possible, grind down the spot where the dent is, go about 3-4 inches past the actual dent. apply the filler (it will tell u how on the back on the can) and let sit, sand down to the contour of the vehicle, keep sanding/applying filler until the contour is right, u dont want to much filler! that is y u get the dent as smooth as possible before u start filling, once u have it right, apply primer, sand with a high grit paper but dont sand to far where u see bare metal or filler, once it is right, apply the paint, then clear coat.

thats the basics, u can use expertvillage.com to get some more details probly. they have how-to videos.

and if your doing more than touch up u will need more than a pint of paint, ur lookin at atleast a quart.

any more question just PM me

so you bought a pint of paint....what the hell you going to do with that????make the rest of the paint angry???/lol...you did a jdm front...which means you have to blend the doors to get a match...a door needs painting as well as your quarter panel...

yeah you need about 1 quart and a half to do that...thats if you dont fuck up...

wheres your sandpaper and filler and primer...shit i could go on and on...leave it to the pros...you will have the car more fucked up than it is now...just sell it...
