MDX purchase, Help
Okay, I am planning on buying this guys MDX. He still owes money on it. So I would be going to the bank with him to pay it off. Anything I should be aware of, anything I should do to make sure sale is done correctly. I have never payed off someones loan before to buy their car but I am planning on it this weekend. Help me out (:

The title will be released a few days after the loan is closed, so you aren't going to be able to get the title right away. Keep that in mind.
