LS1/6 Engine+Transmission Weight?

I can not seem to find a complete engine transmission weight of this combo. I know the T56 weights in at about 125 lbs from some of my research, but that might not include the bellhousing. Looking for a “as pulled from car weight” for a LS1+T56 transmission combo. If you have sources that you can link me to that would be great. Even if you know just the complete LS1/6 engine weight that would be great as well.

What're you swapping it into, probably easier to find the weight difference postswap

Sorry no exact specs... but I know it's light.

My research is saying 460 for the complete engine and flywheel and then 125 for the transmission.

my aluminum longblock block weighed 436 pounds complete

i would say 700 for engine, clutch and trans is very close

if it has acessories on it water pump/alternator/power steering/a/c then throw another 60 on there.

Just look what MIGHTYMOUSE put. His car runs 9's. I'm sure he's had the motor and transmission out of it quite a few times.
