intake/headers/exhaust..... should always be the first mods for performance with an N/A car.
then look into turbo setups if u really want to make some decent numbers.

to be honest, theres no way you could make it even close to decently fast without spending alot. Just enjoy the car in its nearly stock form, and save for a project car... whatever that may be its the smartest thing you can do.

Yeah I agree with pretty much everyone else. Even if you put a header on it, you'll probably still get raped by a stock SI civic. Leave the intake and exhaust for appearance purposes if you want. Throw some decent wheels on it, drop it, and drive it. Enjoy your gas mileage.
