Some stuff to think about:
The first place to start is to find out what tuning solutions are available for your engine, which of those options are within your budget, and then who is able to tune that option for you. Usually you can't tune an unmodified ECU unless you have a fairly recent car, so you'll need a hardware/software solution.

He needs some suggestions about tuning solutions; what is out on the market for KA engines at the moment? I don't really keep up with Nissan stuff because they're so oddball compared to Honda, etc.

Well the best tune for a KA would be AEM. I dont think you need to go this far with it, but it's by far the best way to tune a Ka-t. You also have the the SAFC ll option which is used alot with the set up you have now. If you live in VA beach you can check with greaser @ MRD. He is on here. Also go to Ka-T.org for all you ka-t needs. Lot of info on there.
in short:
AEM
Scott Enthalpy rom tune
SAFC ll
Bikirom
there are a few others, but you will have to figure out how much you want to spend and what suits your set up best.

Re: Looking for a good Nissan ka24de-t TUNE!
I can tell you right now you need bigger injectors. You appear to have a Z32 MAF as well, so you might as well get some 550CC injectors. You can trade in your 370s and your KA injectors to Detchwerks (however it's spelled) and get some 550s for pretty damn cheap.
After you do that you need to get some decent engine management. AEM would be ideal, otherwise you can do NIStune, or some other 'rom raider' type program that lets you hack the OEM ECU and tune it like it is full stand alone.
If you kept those injectors (and basically didn't boost more then maybe 5 or 6psi - keeping your power around 220-230whp) you could do some sort of piggy back but that seems like a waste with this set up. If you do have to do a piggy back you might as well just get a ROM tuned ECU from Enthalpy or JWT. Which is a lot of money to spend to get a generic tune.
I would also HIGHLY recommend talking to MRD and getting Greaser to tune your car. Their phone number is 757 853 7771.
