Default looking to borrow a B-series obd1 distributor

i have swapped a B16 in my crx about a month ago and i still havent gotten my crx to start dont know if it is the distributor or wiring probleoms. I really dont think it is wiring but who knows. I put a new cap and rotor on my distributor and hoping that that was the probleom but it wasnt. I am located in Hampton and i am just looking to see if anyone can help me out. I just need to use it to see if it would start.
