Loan Help (current one, but wanna upgrade)
Alright, so I've been contemplating. I'm not very sure what I can do. Here's my dilemma. I have a loan on my S2000. I still owe quite a bit on it, I got the loan in February of 09'. I've been kinda wanting to upgrade to a little newer s2000. Pretty much just revert my car back to stock and get another s2000, from like a used dealership. I don't really know how to come out and say it, but my point is I want a newer S2000 (while keeping all my parts i.e hardtop/wheels/exhaust/suspension/intake ect) I have all the stock parts for the car. I guess my question is:
- I give them my car in stock form
-They contact my bank (Navy Federal)
-I get another S2000, newer
-Continue on about my life in debt?
I could possibly sell my car in the current shape it is, for how much I owe but now way could I get the lien amount in stock form.
BUT
I'd rather not buy 5k in parts all over again. Get what I'm saying?

If you're upside down, which you are, places will add on the amount you are upside down into the new loan. Problem is, you'd probably have to do inhouse financing. I don't think Navy Fed would give you a loan for a new S2k and the difference in trade in and what you owe on the old one.

Not to thread jack but not sense in a new one. If I was approved for more than I took out, could I get the extra I was approved for later down the road?

Fuck a newer S2000. There is nothing more stupid than a 2.2L & 8k RPM redline.
