I've switched to ceramic pads on my last 2 sets, mainly because of the lighter color dust.

The rears are Hawks, fronts are from Monroe.

Hawk.

On the BMW I have HPS for the front and the ceramic pad in the rear. Stopping power is more than enough for the street, make no noise when bedded in properly, and dust is average (doesn't bother me). I run these with Zimmerman/OE BMW blank rotors.

I have run Hawk HPS on the front of my mustang (Cobra 13" conversion) in the past and work great on the street, but were a little weak for the track so I've switched to HP+. I run Brembo blanks on the front.

I always run Hawk pads..currently have Metal Masters from the previous owner. Can't remember if I had HPS or HP+ on my 3000gt, but they were low dust and great for DDing and occasional auto-x. Probably going with HP+ when it comes time to change them again.

Cobalt Friction CSR in the front, Cobalt Friction GT Sports in the rear. Excellent choice for street/autox/HPDE.

I've run GT Sports all around in the past, but moved up to their replacement recently in the front and the CSRs are very nice. Great cold bite, and even better once they warm up.
