Default License plate #s

I was wondering if there's a way to track down license plate #s. There was some guy in a newer corolla that purposely tried to hit my car several times down Dam Neck Rd. around 6:20 tonight. I could understand if it was an isolated incident where he didn't see my car, but he went ahead and tried to ram my car 3 times. I was driving normally and he decides to cut me off at high speeds and continue to try and hit my car while I back down and swerve to miss him. My car is stock and I have no idea why someone would try and purposely hit my car. License plate was JRT-2483. Any help would be great. Thanks.

I've done it once, but it was basically through a friend of a friend.

You might be able to swing something via the internet, but it's gonna cost money most likely.

Yea I was looking at prices and it's like $80 per request. I really wanted to just let him smash my car and I could pick up some insurance money but in reality no one ever really wins in an accident + my girl was with me and I didn't want to put her in any danger. Oh well, I'll just let this shit go.
