In all the dyno comparisons I've seen between the two; the Ingin has out performed the AEM every time. Though the number difference has been very small in most cases. SCC did a comparison of many different cold air and short ram intakes a few months ago, Ingin and AEM were one an two respectivly. So far as the 01+ Civics, the Ingin produced 1 more HP if I remember correctly. Dig through back issues of Honda Tuning and SCC, it's in there somewhere.
