Default Info on turbo's and kits

I'm looking to boost my prelude in the near future and would like to learn more information before i make my decision. I don't know alot about turboed cars and was wondering if anyone knew of any credable sites that breaks it down. Also i was wondering what a good setup for my prelude would be. It's a 93 with an H22 motor. I would want it to be a daily driven boosted car so nothing to crazy.

Hmmm, Isn't the H22 fragile?

As far as boost... I'de say Under 6 psi would be "safe"

(guessing)
