illegal to yell at people.
i was riding with my friend today,and this truck like stopped in the middle of the road to do a u turn. so my friend yelled out the window and the guy wrote down his plate number and picked up a cell phone. could you get anything for that? he used a few chosen words cause thats just how he talks.

yea i found out the hard way that you really CAN get in trouble for cursing on the boardwalk in VA Beach.

road rage...goddamn right if some guy cut a u turn in front of me !!!!! so lemme get this straight...its illegal to yell at somebody...but not illegal to make a u turn...in traffic???? no sense
