I need help finding a guy in chesapeake that sells motors

I went fishing on a business fishing trip yesterday and there was a guy on the boat and he was telling me about this Chinese guy over in Chesapeake(I think) that sells motors and transmissions . I need help finding this guy. I heard he has good deals. Please help someone. and if you where wondering I cant find the guy that told me about this place. But I want to say that his shop or name starts with a M. Thanks again
