Default Hydra EMS and brake dyno

I'm looking for a dyno shop where I could build some base maps for a hydra ems. I need a dyno that can hold me at a certain rpm. Anyone with knowledge on a Hydra ems?

Kienan @ All Aspect Motorsports tunes Hydra. He's in the 757. IIRC, he has a Dynojet.

Phil Grabow is a Hydra Wizard. He's in MD.

If this is for a miata.. a megasquirt will be about 1100 cheaper and be just as efficient.
