listen to infatutn, paint thinner/ air craft stripper, its what i used on my turns and it came right off

bell be careful with aircraft stripper....its more of a paste that doesnt evaporate...use thinner...the sooner the better...the paint is not really cured yet if it was just sprayed...

Nail polish remover.
I removed my nite shades off my tails with this. Takes it right off easily.
However, I do not know how your bumper will like it.

i was thinking nail polish remover may work because its used on fake nails(acrylic/nylon?) and may not damage the taillight lens. ive used it when i was debadging my impreza to remove the adhesive. ive also used it to clean sticker residue and nail polish off guitars. the only time it caused a problem was on an old bass with nitro-cellulose finish.
