Honda fags I need your knowledge! :)
I'm inches away from buying a 2001 Civic "Sport", 5 door hatch, 102k on the odo, bone stock, brand new tires for $1500. All belts have just been done and had a general tune up (plugs, oil etc.)
What do I need to know about this car, or look out for maintenance wise. It's going to be my "London beater". It looks in great condition and sounds good also.

it's a 10yr old car, don't expect everything to be perfect. test out everything you can and check around every gasket and seal you can find.

Not as in the exhaust note, as in it idles well 
I don't have a pic but will get some up, I think it is the 1.6 version. Has funky half leather/half cloth seats. Being sold by a guy I work with, who needs something bigger for his family, he had the work done and has all paperwork.
