Default HID replacement bulbs

Any local shops carry replacement hid bulbs? Or even a reputable one to order from? I'm new to the area, Newport News that is, and could use some help, thanks.

I have Sharp HIDs on every car I own execpt the laser, and I'm waiting on a new housing so I don't blind the crap out of people. SharpHID.com

http://store.sharphid.com/product_p/hidbp.htm

$23 for 1 year warranty or just cough up the $50 for an entire kit and get a lifetime warranty
