Help- about car sale/ inspecting
Just picked up a car from a dealer- it has expired inspection sticker and I know it will fail an inspection but the dealer just wants to replace the sticker.
Should I just go get an inspection and get them to list the problems? And then inform the dealership?
They told me to get it inspected here and he would reimbruse me but I also have a check engine light on!~

Why would you pick up a car from a "dealer" with an expired inspection and a CEL?
Sounds to me that you got this car from Charlie Faulk..... and you are getting Faulked!!!!!!
I hope that you just picked up an R34 Skyline, as a bargain or something bro. Anyways G/L.

WOW- the CEL went on after I left the dealership- And I didn't realize the inspection sticker was expired till I got home! Must dealers never let the inspect sticker expire

Why and the fuck would you even waste your time on something with that many things wrong that it wont even pass inspection and has the engine light on, but if the dealer wants to inspect the car and pass it id go for it.

Re: Help- about car sale/ inspecting
I just got this from one of the local VA safety officers, this is the minimum required by law;
"It must have a current sticker, whether it is a rejection sticker or an approval sticker. If there is a rejection sticker on the vehicle, the dealer must disclose the problems to the buyer."
Good luck.
