The OEM headlights make the car look like garbage with the paint job I have on it and they are also stuck pointing down in an odd direction lol. I don't go cheap on the aftermarket parts.

You need a widebody kit with stock wheels.

Practically speaking, you'll usually get away with halos, but get tickets for smoked tails. Both are useless ricer mods that make your car look tacky. Both are not legal without DOT approval as a minimum, which I doubt they have. Buy some OEM parts if you need replacements, and spend your money on something worthwhile instead.

And if the OEM lights look like crap with your paint job, your paintjob must be pretty spectacular.

You bought a fucking Celica. The whole car looks like garbage.

"I don't go cheap on the aftermarket parts" yet you bought a cheap POS that is a HORRIBLE value unless you bought it for $1. Aftermarket parts fail, especially ones that have to do with your electrical components. Seriously just buy OEM headlights. Halos look like shit on every car except BMWs.

I'm seriously giving you the best advice possible other than to set your car on fire and collect the insurance.

The tail lights are DOT approved but I wasn't 100% on the halo headlights. Also, with the paint job I have in place, it matches up perfectly with the smoked tail lights.
