halo headlights legal?
I purchased a 2001 Celica GT-S not long ago and looking to do some car mods since some of the OEM parts have gone out on me. I've got a pair of halo headlights and a pair of smoked LED tail lights that I'm wanting to order, but I'm not sure if they are legal or not. I understand that the Commonwealth of Virginia is strict about modifying vehicles.

EVERYTHING THAT IS A GAY LIGHT MODIFICATION IS LEGAL IN VIRGINIA!!!
