Dude, unless you're really serious and you have some serious dough to drop, don't start asking about an H series swap. It's not cheap and unless you know what you're doing...you don't want to do it. Also....It's be a race car and thats all. You could drive it on the streets but it would suck, trust me.

eh well if you want to swap in a b16 it will be quick and cheap but an H series would be more original and way faster. get an h23 from one of these kids doing h22 swaps for cheap, build it (there are always awesome deals on h23 internals on honda-tech) and until you can afford to boost it, spray the hell out of it. everyone swaps in b16s... be original.

do the b16a its way lighter and if you build it right youll walk all over someone with a h23. Pluse theres way to much torqe in the h23 youll be pealling tires by the time you catch youll have already lost.

if you do it right, you won't have a problem if you spray the hell out of it I vote h23 too... and h23's are cheaper than b16s. They carry more power in my opinion (once you've done a few things, that is)

i guess you missed the part where i said build the h23. i ran a 65 shot on an h23 on the stock fuel system and it didnt run lean, no misfires etc. but i only used it for maybe 3 months. i also did a compression test after i took the juice off and it checked out fine.
