H-series v.s. F-series Sleeves Question
i'm in the process of building a H/F bottomend for a 400-500whp setup but im hearing two things and i need to know whats accurate, and whats false. I've heard that usdm h-series have thin sleeves and can't handle no more than 300hp on stock sleeves. but the jdm motors have closed decks on them and they can handle 500hp on those sleeves, just like a stock b-series sleeve. But i'm also told that F-series have Cast iron sleeves and can handle alot more power on their stock sleeves. so is it worth me ditching my h22a4 bottomend and getting a h22a/h23a closed deck block,or getting a F22 bottomend since they have cast iron sleeves. my final question which one is worth the time the closed deck jdm or f22 bottomend and do they really have cast iron sleeves. because im not looking to get a sleeved H-series bottomend. leave your negative bullshit somewhere else im just looking for real infomation so i dont waste my time in my build and if you can post pictures showing the difference in the two blocks.
Thanks
Thanks
