Ok lets stop whoring my thread here people! Anyhow, it could be any number of things. I will be the first to admit that I don't really know THAT much about engines, but I think that it would be a challenging and fun learning experience for me to learn how to do this. Actually, I can buy another L67 short block for about $200 from one of the psychos in the Grand Prix club in Ohio that is running 11 flat. However, I still want to narrow down the problem. The 3.8 is an awesome motor. And as far as GM being unreliable, I think not. I have a Lumnina with 200,xxx on the engine and I still drive the shit out of it. Before that, my sister had lumina that ran to 280,000 before she got rid of it.
