Default GSR-turbo vs. LS-vtec-turbo

My friend is an idiot and has tried to explain this, but he has a complete b16 and a complete GSR. The plan was to build a poor mans-R with the gsr bottom end and b16 head, and then do ls-v with the gsr head and an ls block. I say it's stupid, but maybe I can get a few opinions. Oh, and please post why you think one is better than the other if you would. Thanks

the votes are in.... flood both engines with a high powered piss cannon.

and either one can come out better than the other based on how well....or how badly you build them. but if your asking questions like this than i doubt either of the two have any real potential to be note worthy in the hands of someone such as yourself. in the end its just another boosted B...like the millions that came before you, nothing to impressive about that.

and certainly not something that couldnt have been resolved without making a thread that got you nothing but neg rep and chap ass.

i say leave both engines as they are. havent enough b-series been demolished, abused, raped and mix matched already.... or do we have to pop all of them? besides its all in the build... both can be better than the other under the right conditions.

...ide get some forged internals lil head work and a damn good conservative tune and just boost the b16. Y? because i said so an i dont have much other reasoning than that.
