Yup :D i used to be all about nissan!!!
The Nissan Sr20VE came out of the Nissan Primera (manufactured in Japan only) it produces 190hp and is known for nissans Variable Valve Lift and timing system (VVL). It also comes with a higher cmopressions ratio and improvements to the intake compared to the sr20de. it comes with a 6speed sequential shifting gearbox. The engine in my opinion is pretty good in my opinion but will be harder to mod than the sr20de and det, etc. that's all i know about this motor never had one or ridden in a car that was driven by one.

they didnt come stock with any us vehicles. we only got the sr20de. anyways, there are a few se-r guys pushing close to and over 200hp na with these engines. cams from a sr16ve do a lot, as does a header from some japanese company i cant spell. awesome engines, but dont mistaken them for anything vtec. the technology is completely different. the sr20de's 5speed bolts right up.
www.sr20deforum.com has a whole forum for these engines and a great faq on them.
