Edelbrock Performer IAS Shocks... who's with me?
So I just put Edelbrock IAS Performers on all corners of my 2000 Ranger and I freaking LOVE them.
I had about 111k on my stock shocks and I just couldn't stand it anymore. I was sick of rocking and rolling through every turn and bump.
After I put them on I decided to toss some tools in my truck and go for a quick test drive. A couple hours or so later I realize that I'm in Delaware and still don't want to stop. It feels so good to love driving my truck again.
I can take corners and fly down exit ramps with out fear of bouncing and jouncing.
Railroad tracks and potholes now fear me.
Also, I think they've given me superpowers. (j/k)
My roomie put a set on his '04 Mustang when he lowered it an inch and he also loves them. They make his ride slightly more stiff but not uncomfortably so. They definitely handle potholes and bigger bumps waaaaay better than his stockers. His braking is so much more smooth and I'm pretty sure his stopping distance has improved.
So what about you? Are you considering some? Do you have them? A buddy with them? Love/hate them? Wish you had gotten Bilstiens instead?

Re: Edelbrock Performer IAS Shocks... who's with me?
truth... if I were putting them on something other than a stock height Ranger, and driving that something on a track.
for DD and towing Edelbrock rocks.
also, there's no need to apologize guys. I'm not offended by your choice of shocks.
if you REALLY hate Edelbrock. by all means, say so. I'm just lookin for feedback.
