Default Dyno results at 20psi...

Recently, I upgraded to a much larger intercooler(24x12x3 Ebay). My old intercooler was a boostdesigns unit and the i/O were both collapsed a little due to excessive clamping force I guess.. I didn't notice until I removed it.. Anyways, it was way small for my application (24x6x2.75). Before I did 414whp at 24psi. This time, I did 419whp at 20psi.

I made a decent video of this dyno session including a short clip of my car on the street. It should be up pretty soon...

Setup:
stock internal 148k KA24DE
T04E 50trim
tubular GZ manifold
Enthalpy ECU tune
24x12x3 ebay intercooler
hallman MBC
100 octane sunoco street legal

uh.. my air/fuel is 10.8-11.3 the whole way.. How is that off? (I don't play the 11.5-to-11.7 change makes 20whp more game). Above 11:1 doesn't really make much of a difference.. My car needs timing, and I can't adjust that per RPM. A better engine management system is in order, but I'm happy with it as is..

Thanks for the compliments.

The AFR's look off to me as well. I would NOT be happy with a tune that left my AFR's in the low 11.'s high 10.'s. That is no where near where good power is made. I can understand not pushing it due to the lack of sufficient EM, but I wouldn't try to push 420hp out of the said EM either (especially on a motor with 150k).

I can't say too much I guess. I ran the 10yr old Unichip on my car for 6 months and it WONT pull timing at all.

To each his own.

EDIT: just watched the vid.

For Christs sake, put some damn tire underneath that car. "Spinning in third." Yeah... no shit.
