does anyone daily drive an E36 M3?
I'm in the market for a new daily and I'm strongly considering a 98-99 M3. Does anyone else daily drive one of these? The only thing I'm worried about is ice/snow performance but I'll probably end up with all season tires, plus we dont see too much ice around here anyhow.
I was in the market for a E39 M5 but I've been spending way too much money on my house lately. Besides I think the M3 will be just as fun (if not more fun) not to mention I hardly ever use my back seat as it is. If I ever have kids they can ride in the trunk.
Thanks!

I seriously wouldn't be concerned with ice/snow in this commonwealth. That's like a day or two occurrence in a year and it wouldn't sway my desire to own one heck of a machine.

My brother DD's a '97 M3 four-door. IMO it's the perfect all around car: its got power, handles very well, safe, can carry plenty of stuff, etc. etc. Also the M3 will be a more "fun" car than the M5 because its smaller, lighter and more nimble.

Do you really think the germans would build something that didn't do well in the snow??
It's freakin Germany for Christ's sakes not the Bahamas!!!

When it snowed here and I drove my TA it would slide while it was sitting at a light idling, but I guess that had to do with my driving?
And of course snow tires are going to make a difference.
