ok so i bought an 91 crx and i had the title and lost it. i orginally bought from friend who never had car put in his name and he no longer has guys info he bought car from. so no info to give dmv how do i get title.

Sounds like your never going to get it on the road. Since the last registered owner was the guy your friend bought it from and your friend lost his info, there is no way to prove that you own the car at this point.
